All orders are subject to availability                                                                                                                                          A TKS Event Planner will contact you within 48 hours after submitting your order form.

Conditions:

Deposit: A 50 percent deposit is due within 31 days from the time of booking to validate the rental.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Payment: The balance is due on the event date prior to the setup time. We except Company cheque, money order & cash. 

Cancelation: In the event of a cancellation the client agrees to forfeit the deposit, if less than 14 days notice is given the full balance is immediately due.
                                                                                                                                                                                                     Right to refuse: TKS Events reserves the right to refuse access to its event rentals, games and live entertainment productions at any time for any reason.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                Volunteer agreement: Purchaser must supply required event volunteers to receive the EV discount.
